You can exchange items within one week of receiving your order.
What conditions must be met for an exchange ?
The item must have the label ticket we attach, and it should not be removed. If the ticket is removed, the return will not be accepted.
You can exchange your item for the same item in a different size or for any item currently available in stock. Exchanges for pre-order items are not available.
Do you offer exchanges for international orders?
We currently offer exchanges only within Lebanon. Unfortunately, we do not provide exchange services for international orders
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds as a standard policy. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation.
