At Runaway Label, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges are only accepted for size changes, depending on item availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.

If the requested size is unavailable, we are unable to offer an exchange.

Pre-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges are accepted only for items in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup stains, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer for any approved exchange.
